These are the companies Tech Lab India uses to provide HRHelm, what each one does and the data it may handle. We'll give customers at least 30 days' notice by email before adding or replacing one (see our Data Processing Agreement).
1. Our hosting provider: hosting
Runs the HRHelm application, database and file storage in the country stated in your order. Handles all customer data.
2. Email delivery
Sends service emails such as approvals, payslip notifications and password resets, through our mail server or email provider. Handles recipients' names and email addresses and the message.
3. Razorpay Software Private Limited (India): payments
Takes payments of invoices in Indian rupees. Handles the paying company's billing contact and payment details; we never see full card numbers. No employee data.
4. Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd / Stripe, Inc.): payments
Takes card payments of invoices in other currencies. Handles the paying company's billing contact and payment details; we never see full card numbers. No employee data.
5. Google LLC: website analytics
Only on the public website, never inside customer workspaces, and only if analytics is turned on. Handles anonymous usage data.
6. Used only when a customer turns them on
Anthropic, PBC (AI assistant): questions and the records needed to answer them, sent with the customer's own API key under the customer's own agreement with Anthropic.
Google and Microsoft (single sign-on): the user's email address and name at sign-in, when the customer sets up Google or Microsoft sign-in.
